About Myself

Hello World,

My name is Steve and I am a college student studying Exercise Science.  I am very interested in the best and most efficient way to move around and live life to the fullest!  I have been walking barefoot for two years, and since I have found healthier foods to eat and discovered a strength training program I belive works well. I have researched that good diet and proper physical activity will improve your quality of life.

But not only am I interested in my physical well-being but also my spiritual well-being as well!

Take time and trouble to keep yourself spiritually fit. Bodily fitness has limited value, but spiritual fitness is of unlimited value, for it holds promise both for this present life and for the life to come.     ~1 Tim 4:7-8

I am an actively involved Catholic! I go to daily mass, I partake in the sacraments, I pray the rosary, I lead a bible study and read the bible, some of my closest friends are missionaries, I find interesting the lives of the saints and strive for excellence. I find great joy being Catholic and devoting myself to God! I praise God for the wonderful job he did creating the world. If you take a closer look at how intricately things work and are woven together you can’t possibly argue that it is all the result of perfectly timed mutations that produced positive adaptations.. I praise God for my loving and supportive family and friends, the great opportunity of my education, my health and all my other blessings. God is good!
